We start each basement remodeling project with a thorough on-site moisture assessment. We assess ventilation and check for visual signs of moisture and mold, past and present.
Using a special tool, we also check the moisture content in your framing structure. Recommendations for drainage and ventilation mitigation are all part of this assessment.
We also offer this assessment as a stand-alone service for homeowners working with other contractors or in their basement themselves.
